Fancy Food: Mr. Baker & Cafe

Hi lovelies!

The hubby and I went out on a joy ride yesterday, and for a destination I had found a bakery via yelp with great reviews (love me some baked goods...) If you are ever in the Inland Empire area, I would have to highly recommend Mr. Baker & Cafe in Rancho Cucamonga!

The store front was nothing special, but inside was absolutely magical! The decor was adorable, and the goods were even more so.

They had so many options! (Possibly too many...) Cakes, cupcakes, cake balls (lots of cake), cookies, tarts, pastries, EVERYTHING. It definitely took a while for us to make a decision! (I mean our stomachs are only so big)

We ended up going with a shortbread type cookie sandwich (filled with MORE chocolate), a strawberry macaroon (my personal fave), and a red velvet cake ball. All three were total perfection!

 
How adorable, right?! ALMOST too pretty to drink. I had originally ordered my usual vanilla latte, but the barista suggested I try a vanilla cappuccino instead, and yeah, super delicious. New usual.

Yeah we will definitely be back. Already know what I'm ordering. (Caramel cupcake, if you were wondering ;))
